The multiculturalism phenomenon or cultural diversity happens with people of several cultural spaces which many times are obliged to relationated and to live togheter.
In a region, due to immigration, is possible the assistance of several cultural nucleus and social groups that by many reasons feel marginalized.
Before the assistance different cultures, people can assume attitudes like ethnocentrism, cultural relativism and the interculturalism.
